Results come in a clear report format and include full coverage of Land Charges, Planning Department and CON29R Standard Enquiries (CON29O optional enquiries, if required, can also be made if required).

We have professional indemnity insurance on an errors and omissions policy up to a maximum of £1,000,000 per claim.

Our fees are £50 + VAT plus council disbursements.
